Заключите сделку с самим собой. Постарайтесь угодить своему начальнику именно как начальнику, делая для этого все возможное, и постарайтесь не отвлекаться на моменты, связанные с взаимоотношениями. Спросите себя, каковы те обязательные требования, которые вы должны на этой работе выполнять. Попробуйте даже из этой плохой ситуации извлечь все возможное. Ваша карьера продолжится и после этого начальника.
